Process
Bale breaking, pre-shredding, dosing, removing wires, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, screen sand, rejects, target size material, shred over target size material to boiler, pellet or cellulosic ethanol input requirements.

Function of the Pre-Shredder is breaking open the bales, reducing fibers to a maximum size according to line design and doese feed material downstream into the process. Next is removal of metals, inert and excess dust. Then follows fine shredding to final product size.

Screening & High Volume Fine Shredding

Function of this system is to (i) remove inters and fines by disc screens, reduce material to target size, (iii) enable high throughput by negative pressure air assist system.

Mobile Direct Fine-Shredding

This system is useful, where agricultural conditions do not support on- field chopping & baling e.g.at collection points and where distance to processing plant is too low to justify baling.
